About Us

At Caritas Communities, we prevent homelessness by providing very low-income individuals with permanent housing, support, a sense of community, and expanded opportunities. For 35 years, Caritas has helped fill the need for safe, secure housing in Greater Boston. With your support, Caritas helps individuals who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness, including Veterans, people with disabilities or chronic illness, frail elders, minimum-wage workers, previously incarcerated people, or those who, for whatever reason, struggle to earn a living wage. Home is the foundation on which to build a better life.
