About Us

At Caritas Communities, we prevent homelessness by providing very low-income individuals with permanent housing, support, a sense of community, and expanded opportunities. For 34 years, Caritas has helped fill the need for safe, secure housing in Greater Boston. With your help, Caritas supports individuals who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness, including Veterans, people with disabilities or chronic illness, frail elders, minimum-wage workers, previously incarcerated people, or those who, for whatever reason, struggle to earn a living wage.
